Ngauruhoe Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Bake potatoes for about 1 hour, until cooked.
  3. Cut each potato in half, and scoop centers into a large saucepan.
  4. Reserve potato skins for another use, if desired.
  5. Blend in remaining ingredients.
  6. Heat through, stirring gently.
