Lab-e-Shirin

  1. Prepare jelly as directed on package; pour into 8-inch square dish.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  3. Meanwhile, mix custard powder and sugar in medium saucepan.
  4. Gradually stir in milk.
  5. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour into medium bowl.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
  8. Cut jelly into 1/2-inch cubes.
  9. Whisk Cool Whip and cardamom into custard mixture.
  10. Combine fruit.
  11. Layer fruit, jelly and custard mixture in 8 parfait glasses or dessert bowls; top with trail mix.
  12. Refrigerate 1 hour.
