Pasta with Kale, Parmesan, Crushed Red Pepper and Garlic

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 7 min.
  6. or until onions are softened.
  7. Stir in reserved pasta cooking water and crushed red pepper; bring to boil.
  8. Cook 2 min.
  9. or until mixture is reduced by half.
  10. Add pasta, kale and remaining dressing; stir.
  11. Cook 2 min.
  12. or until kale is wilted and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Stir in cheese.
