Warm Chickpea, Tomato & Cucumber Salad

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in chickpeas and cumin; cook 3 min.
  6. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add remaining dressing with all other remaining ingredients; mix well.
