Lorraine Quiche Recipe
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 10 ounce. minced broccoli
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Bacon chips or possibly ham
- Combine cheese and flour.
- Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in 9 inch pie shell.
- Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle onion on top.
- Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs and seasoning and pour over mix in shell.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 min till knife inserted comes out clear.
