Lorraine Quiche Recipe

  1. Combine cheese and flour.
  2. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in 9 inch pie shell.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Sprinkle onion on top.
  5. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs and seasoning and pour over mix in shell.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 min till knife inserted comes out clear.
