Honey Queen Kisses

• 1 cup honey
• 1 cup butter
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup coconut flaked
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 4 cups crisp rice cereal

1. Cream butter, add honey, a small amount at a time, creaming after each addition.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
3. Sift together dry ingredients and sift into creamed mixture, blend well.
4. Add coconut, chips and cereal.
5. Fold until well blended.
6. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto cookie sheet and bake until browned, cool.
