Teriyaki Chicken, Carrots and Rice
- 2 whole Chicken Breasts, Frozen
- 4 whole Carrots
- 1/2 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Powder (of Fresh Ginger...whatever!)
- 1 package Uncle Ben's Teriyaki Flavored Rice, 8 Ounce Package Or Larger
- *Thaw the chicken breasts and cut them into small chunks.
- *Clean and cut the carrots into small pieces.
- *Put carrots in crock pot, then chicken.
- *Generously pour teriyaki sauce over chicken and carrots.
- *Top with garlic, brown sugar, and a few shakes of ginger powder (for those of you with the big spice racks that come with spices, theres usually ginger in there).
- *Set your crockpot on Low heat and cook all day.
- *Cook rice separately.
- * Spoon the chicken mixture over the rice.
- And enjoy.
