Italian BOCA Burger
- 1 cup olive oil
- 24 each medium-size portobello mushrooms, each cut into 8 slices
- 1 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 48 each BOCA Original Vegan Burgers
- 48 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 48 each hamburger buns, split, toasted
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Add mushrooms; saute 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in dressing.
- Meanwhile, cook burgers as directed on package.
- For each serving: Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun; top with 1 burger and #16 scoop of the mushroom mixture.
- Cover with top of bun.
