Quick Na * M E-Inspired Yogurt Dressing
- 34 cup plain yogurt (no need to drain the yogurt)
- salt and white pepper, to taste
- 12 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons of fresh mint, finely minced (or about 1/2 teaspoon dried mint)
- half-and-half cream, to thin (or other similar liquid of choice but not water)
- Important for best flavor that the dressing sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour but preferably three hours or longer.
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and whisk.
- Thin to desired consistency with half and half or similar.
- I think I added about two tablespoons of half and half.
- Taste and adjust *after* the dressing has refrigerated the required time.
- Yield is estimated.
