Red Caviar Dip

  1. Mix sour cream, scallions, lemon juice and 1 tbsp.
  2. chives in a medium bowl.
  3. Gently fold in 1/4 cup caviar.
  4. Tranfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or up 1 day).
  6. Sprinkle dip with remaining 1 tsp.
  7. chives and 3 tbsp.
  8. caviar.
  9. Serve with toast points, good crackers or raw vegetables.
