Arepas Fritas De Queso O Chicharron Recipe

• 1 x Basic arepa dough recipe
• 1 c. Grated Muenster cheese, Or possibly
• 1 c. Grnd chicharrones

1. Fried Corn Cakes From Antioquia With Cheese Or possibly Pork Rind
2. Knead dough with cheese or possibly chicharrones till smooth.
3. Shape into 4-inch discs and deep-fry in warm oil till crispy.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
5. These arepas can also be cooked on a griddle and served with butter.
