Pegasus

  1. In a pint glass, muddle 14 of the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup.
  2. Add the sake, bourbon, lychee nectar and lime juice.
  3. Stir well and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top with the club soda and garnish with the lychee and the remaining mint leaf.
