Asian Noodles
- 1/2 cups Beef Broth
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 12 ounces, weight Angel Hair Pasta (or Thin Spaghetti)
- In a small bowl, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together (everything except the pasta) to combine.
- Set aside.
- In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook until desired tenderness.
- Drain and set aside.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles.
- Toss to evenly coat pasta.
- Serve immediately.
- Leftovers eaten heated or cold are amazing.
