creamy mac and cheese

  1. boil water oil and salt put pasta in pot stir bring to boil stir boil 7 to 8 minutes drain add back to pot off heat.
  2. in another pot add milk, heat the milk add margarine butter or ghee add garlic to milk*
  3. add cheese in the milk let the cheese melt.
  4. After the cheese melts mix cornstarch with quarter cup of milk pour into milk it will thicken the sauce.
  5. pour sauce over pasta, mix well, enjoy.
  6. any pasta will do
