Healthy Makeover: Tuna Salad

  1. In medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, carrot, red pepper, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
