Pick-a-Pepper Morning Sandwich
- 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 multi-grain English muffins, split, toasted
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 KRAFT Big Slice Hot Habanero Cheese Slices
- Cook and stir peppers in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Spread cut sides of muffins with mayo; fill with egg mixture and cheese.
