Broiled Lamb Steaks Recipe

  1. Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt.
  2. Combine bouillon, lemon juice & horseradish; pour over lamb.
  3. Refrigerate1 hour, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove meat; reserved stock.
  5. Broil 3-4" from heat.
  6. Cook 5-7 min.
  7. Turn; cook 5-7 min longer, brushing with mix frequently during cooking.
