Shrimp In Curry Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 to 1 pound shrimp
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 8 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Devein shrimp, saute/fry.
- Heat butter.
- Add in flour, stir and cook over low heat till well blended.
- Add in lowfat milk gradually, stirring constantly.
- Cook till thickened, then add in salt and curry pwdr.
