Smooth N Light Cheese Cake Pie Recipe

  1. In small bowl: Beat sugar and cream cheese till creamy.
  2. In large bowl: Mix together Jello (any flavor) and boiling water till Jello is dissolved.
  3. In another small bowl: Beat evaporated lowfat milk 30 seconds and add in to Jello mix.
  4. Mix in cheese mix.
  5. Pour into crust and refrigerate3 hrs.
