Stinger

• Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
• 2 ounces Cognac
• 3/4 ounce white creme de menthe
• 1 mint sprig

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Cognac and creme de menthe and shake well.
3. Strain into a crushed icefilled rocks glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
