Vegie spring rolls with sour cream dipping

  1. Cut all vegies in equal, small slices or cubes.
  2. Saute vegies for a few minutes, until they get tender (not too much)
  3. Add salt and pepper, remove from heat.
  4. Add in the cheese and stir until it melts.
  5. Fill the pastry with vegies and roll tightly.
  6. Deep fry the rolls until gold and crispy.
  7. Drain them really well (we don't want it to be oily)
  8. Mix the sour cream with the chopped dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
  9. (Leave extra dill for garnishing)
  10. Serve together.
