Black Bottom Banana Cream Pie Recipe
- 2 tsp margarine
- 4 sqr semisweet chocolate (1-ounce)
- 1 x NILLA Pie Crust
- 2 sm banannas sliced
- 1 pkt ROYAL instant vanilla pudding & pie (3 3/8-ounce) filling
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk Whipped topping for garnish
- In small saucepan, over low heat, heat margarine and chocolate, stirring till smooth.
- Spread proportionately over bottom of crust.
- Arrange banana slices over chocolate; set aside.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions for pie using lowfat milk: pour over bananas.
- Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
- Garnish with whipped topping.
- Makes 8 servings.
