Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 hen or 2 fryers, cooked with onion
- 1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked in broth in which chicken stewed
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento (add as many as you desire)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 small jar olive slices
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 c. Velveeta
- garlic salt to taste (if desired)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Saute the mushrooms, pepper, pimento, celery, olive slices and onion.
- Mix sauteed mixture, chicken pieces and spaghetti with the soups, Worcestershire sauce, Velveeta, garlic salt and salt and pepper.
- When well mixed, refrigerate.
- Cook 40 minutes at 250u0b0. (May take longer if mixture remains in refrigerator several hours.)
