Cheese Soup

  1. Bring water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add bouillon, potatoes, and veggies to boiling water.
  3. Boil for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Saute onions and celery in a small amount of butter until tender.
  5. Add to boiled veggies.
  6. Add cream of chicken soup and chopped cheese.
  7. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted.
