Lemon garlic zucchini pasta

  1. Heat olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in saute pan over medium heat
  2. Meanwhile, cut zucchini into thin ribbons with vegetable peeler or strips with spiral cutter.
  3. Add zucchini and lemon juice.
  4. Cook 3 minutes, until just heated through.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, parmesan, and serve.
