Salmon and Potato Mille-Feuille Pastries
- 350 grams Fresh salmon
- 1 large Potato
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 60 grams Melting type cheese
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Butter
- Slice the salmon thinly on the diagonal into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with sake.
- Cut the potato into half or quarters and slice 2 to 3 mm thick.
- Season both with salt and pepper.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
- Butter the muffin molds, and line each with 2 to 3 slices of salmon.
- Layer in several slices of potato, and spread a teaspoon of mayonnaise in each mold.
- Distribute the rest of the salmon evenly between the molds, and do the same with the potato slices.
- Spread the tops with more mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the tops with cheese.
- Bake in a 200 C oven for 25 minutes.
- Done.
- Let cool and take out of the molds.
- Arrange on serving plates, and decorate with some parsley if you have some.
