Steak Pan Seared- Medium Well You Will Love This Taste And Perfect Crust

  1. Season steak on both side with, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sugar
  2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom skillet then add butter
  3. When the butter is melted and start to brown Add the steak and reduce the head to medium
  4. Sear on both side for 4-5 minutes each
  5. Let steak rest on a cutting board, covered with foil for another 6 minutes before cutting or serving
