Twice Baked Ranch Potatoes

  1. Bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour.
  2. Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shell.
  3. Mash potatoes.
  4. Add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; beat until fluffy.
  5. Stir velveeta into potato mixture.
  6. Spoon into shells.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  8. How To Bake Potatoes: Russet potatoes are best for baking.
  9. Scrub potatoes well, blot dry and rub the skin with a little oil and salt.
  10. Prick the skin of the potatoes with a fork so steam can escape.
  11. Stand them on end in a muffin tin.
  12. Bake at 400 for 60 minutes or until tender.
