Daigaku-imo Style Sweet and Sour Kabocha Squash
- 1/4 Kabocha squash
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt
- 1 Roasted sesame seeds (black)
- Chop kabocha into 1 and 1/2 cm slices.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the kabocha until the flesh is crisp and brown.
- Lightly sprinkle salt, combine the ingredients marked with , and coat the kabocha slices in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and serve.
- Try it with sweet potatoes.
