Dessert Lokshen Kugel

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together with hand mixer or stand mixer.
  3. Add egg yolks, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice and cottage cheese.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Stir in well-drained noodles and raisins.
  6. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
  7. Fold into noodle mixture.
  8. Pour into buttered baking dish.
  9. Bake 45 minute Serve warm.
