Cheesy Salsa Chicken
- 1 Chicken Breast, Sliced Lengthwise
- Salt And Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Shredded Taco Cheese (I Used Sargento)
- 2 teaspoons Salsa
- Heat your broiler on high.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on each side.
- Cook in a nonstick skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Only flipping once, allow chicken to cook for about 4 minutes per side.
- Take your cooked chicken breast and top it with cheese and place it under your broiler for about a minute.
- Top with salsa.
