Veal Stew With Polenta Recipe

  1. Place in large skillet oil, butter, onion, and parsley.
  2. Slowly cook these and simmer.
  3. Add in veal; cover and cook over low flame for 1 hour.
  4. Add in tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic, and nutmeg; add in water (2 c.) and cook 25 min longer.
  5. Serve warm stew and its gravy over sliced hot Polenta.
