Sugar Cream Pie
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
- Nutmeg
- Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold milk.
- Add sugar and vanilla to mixture and set aside.
- Heat remainder of milk and margarine.
- Add corn starch mixture and stir constantly until thickened.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
