Taco Chicken Recipe

• 4 c. cooked diced chicken
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 c. whole kernel corn
• 1 can chicken broth
• 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
• 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
• Grated cheddar cheese
• Chips

1. Brown chicken in 1 Tbsp.
2. oil.
3. Add in broth, taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Add in liquid removed corn.
6. Bring to a boil again.
7. Reduce heat to hot.
8. Add in rice and cover for 5 min.
9. Top with grated cheese.
10. Serve with chips.
