Strawberry Chiffon Pie

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.
  5. Whisk in COOL WHIP, zest and juice.
  6. Stir in berries.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until mixture is thick and will mound.
  8. Spoon into crust.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours.
