Strawberry Chiffon Pie
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1-1/2 tsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 8 strawberries, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup.
- Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.
- Whisk in COOL WHIP, zest and juice.
- Stir in berries.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until mixture is thick and will mound.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
