Burgul Wheat
- 2 cups bulgur
- 2 cups water
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 sweet pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Bring 2 cups water to boil.
- Add bulgur, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, oil and salt.
- Let cook for about 20 minuters until bulgur is tender.
