Nanan's Famous Pound Cake

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 F
  2. Cream together Crisco and Margarine
  3. Add 1 egg at a time to creamed mix until beaten together
  4. Add vanilla to mixture
  5. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt
  6. Alternate adding some flour mixture and some milk to the wet ingredients.
  7. Grease and flour a bundt pan
  8. Pour mixture into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
  9. Check with butter knife.
  10. If it doesn't come out clean, bake and check in 5 minute intervals.
  11. Pull from oven and flip bundt pan over onto a plate.
