Apricot-Orange Glazed Carrots

  1. Place 1" water in a large saucepan; add carrots.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover & simmer for 9-11 min until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain & set aside.
  4. In the same pan, combine the remaining ingredients; cook & stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Return carrots to the pan; stir until glazed & heated through.
