Glazed Franks
- 1 lb hot dog
- 14 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup water
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- 18 teaspoon ground cloves
- Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces, set aside.
- In a bowl blend vinegar and cornstarch.
- Add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic powder, cayenne and cloves.
- Mix well.
- Pour into microwave safe 8x8 dish.
- Microwave uncovered on high 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Stir hotdogs into sauce on MEDIUM heat 10 minutes until thoroughly heated, stirring once.
