Couscous Salad

  1. Cook couscous as directed on package without butter or salt.
  2. After fluffing with fork, pour into large bowl and let cool 15 minutes.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and toss lightly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, about an hour.
  5. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before serving.
