Easy Skillet Frittata
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped, or 1/3 cup green onion slices
- 2 Tbsp. milk or water
- 10 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and green pepper; cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are browned, stirring occasionally.
- Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk until foamy; pour evenly over potato mixture.
- Sprinkle with bacon; cover.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook 8 to 11 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, if desired.
