Brownie-Pecan Cupcakes
- 3 unsweetened chocolate squares
- 34 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 34 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 16 pecan halves
- Melt chocolate and margarine in double boiler.
- Stir in brown and granulated sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla and flour.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spoon mixture into baking cups, placing 1/2 pecan half on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing.
