Bacon and Spinach Quiche

  1. BEAT eggs in a large bowl; whisk in milk, onion, cheese, bacon, garlic salt, dry mustard and paprika.
  2. Squeeze spinach dry and add to mixture.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Place on foil lined baking sheet.
  5. BAKE at 400F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
