Bacon and Spinach Quiche
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 3/4 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 6 strips OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked crispy (crumbled) Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked frozen deep-dish pie crust
- BEAT eggs in a large bowl; whisk in milk, onion, cheese, bacon, garlic salt, dry mustard and paprika.
- Squeeze spinach dry and add to mixture.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet.
- BAKE at 400F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
