Shipwreck Stew
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Sliced Potatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chili Beans
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain grease.
- Add each of the canned ingredients and mix well.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- My family likes it very cheesy so I add more.
- Cover and simmer on low until cheese is melted.
- Great served with homemade rolls or biscuits.
- This could serve 4-6 people.
