Shipwreck Stew

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain grease.
  2. Add each of the canned ingredients and mix well.
  3. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. My family likes it very cheesy so I add more.
  5. Cover and simmer on low until cheese is melted.
  6. Great served with homemade rolls or biscuits.
  7. This could serve 4-6 people.
