Buttery Citrus Grilled Vegetables
- 3 lbs your favorite vegetables (red onions, zucchini, asparagus, bell peppers, sliced or cut into chunks)
- 20 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray Original
- 14 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 12 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Grill or broil vegetables until tender.
- Arrange vegetables on serving platter, then spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray Original.
- Combine parsley, garlic and lemon peel in small bowl; evenly sprinkle over vegetables.
