Garlic and Parmesan Sauteed Green beans

  1. Bring a quart of water to boil will a dash of salt.
  2. Add green beans and boil until bright green.
  3. Remove green beans from.water and place them in an ice water bath to stop cooking.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter, salt and add garlic and green beans.
  5. Saute until they are wilted and tender crisp.
  6. Serve with Parmesan cheese along side any dish.
  7. Enjoy!!
