Okara Mochi for Dieters
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 50 ml Water
- 1 packet Ochazuke mix
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add water a little at a time while keeping an eye on the consistency.
- It's also okay if it's a little soft.
- Shape into balls and cook in a frying pan.
- If you use a non-stick pan, you don't need oil!

- Cook over medium heat until crispy on both sides to finish!!
- The ochazuke mix flavors it well, so you don't need to season with anything like soy sauce.
