Crabbetizers

  1. Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, onions and garlic; mix well.
  2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto center of each egg roll quarter.
  3. Brush edges of each quarter with egg.
  4. Bring opposite corners of each quarter to center; twist top and press edges to seal.
  5. Deep fry for 2 minutes in hot oil (375F), or until golden brown, turning over.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, if desired.
