Baked Pasta

  1. Remove sausage from casings, brown in large saucepan.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms - stir.
  4. Once mushrooms release their moisture, remove from heat.
  5. Put uncooked pasta in 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam.
  6. Combine sauce, meat & mushrooms, cottage cheese and shredded cheese in saucepan - mix well.
  7. Pour over pasta.
  8. Mix well to combine - push pasta under sauce.
  9. Cover tightly with foil - bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hour.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes, uncover, enjoy!
