Rocky Road Nutella Rice Krispie Treats
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 bag mini marshmallows (10 1/2 oz)
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 6 cup Cocoa Krispies
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
- Line 9x13 pan with tinfoil, spray tinfoil with cooking spray.
- In a large soup pot, melt butter with bag of marshmallows, stirring until melted.
- Remove from heat, stir in Nutella and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa krispies until well coated.
- Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts and marshmallows, pressing lightly into bars.
- Cool.
- Remove from pan and press into 24 bars.
- Store in airtight container.
